The Better Nutrition,
Better You Method
The current GP 10 minute appointment does not allow enough time to address the root cause of ailments and therefore leave patients feeling dissatisfied.
Dr Dalia combines her knowledge of conventional medicine and nutritional therapy as well as addressing lifestyle factors to restore health and allow patients to live their optimal life.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, optimal performance and individual care. It is used to identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual's symptoms and health concerns.

This approach includes working with individuals to identify the root causes and drivers of their current health status including environmental, genetic and emotional stresses which have contributed to chronic disease. It aims to support the body towards optimal health and harmony.

Nutritional therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and can work alongside conventional medicine to support individuals with chronic conditions. It can also be used in the primary prevention of diseases as well as supporting individuals to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy recognises each individual is unique and requires a personalised approach and lifestyle programme rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.
